PingPong.GIVES brings Table Tennis Programs, Ping Pong Clubs and a lot of FUN to Retirement Communities!
All designed to promote healthy lifetstyles, brain fitness and social enagement!
Over 100 residents attended Dr. Sautter’s presentation on “Brain Fitness and Ping Pong”. And 30 residents, after being gifted a brand new table tennis table by Wheeler Interests, immediately formed the Westminster Canterbury Ping Pong Club, known as WC Pongers! Weekly activity, structured programs, lessons and tips around the sport of table tennis have become all the rage for residents of WC!
And growing beyond the Westminster community, friendly competition with other Retirement Communities are taking place, making the game an extension of activities beyond the four walls of WC, aligning nicely with the Table Tennis Charity Foundation’s mission to integrate the sport all over the local area!
